I remember the first time I had Buffalo Shrimp. I was totally bowled over by the sheer genius-ness of it. Genius if only because you could grab onto the tail, fit one entire shrimp in your mouth and not waste an ounce of hot sauce on your hands and face. Practically mess-free and deep down delicious!
