Tourism Ambassador Program
Become A Tourism Ambassador!
The Daytona Beach Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (DBACVB) is seeking Tourism Ambassadors.
This is a great way to get more involved in the community, gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, make new connections and network, and make a positive impression on incoming visitors to our destination.
As an ambassador, you may assist in:
- Welcoming guests during various special events
- Assisting with event preparation and planning
- Working as a registration desk representative, guide or concierge
- Stuffing goody bags
- Lots of other tasks!
Volunteer Qualifications and Requirements
You can work flexible hours and schedules based on your availability. No specific job experience is required, and you will be thoroughly trained for your assigned duties. Most volunteers will be working with at least one partner, to make it more fun. Applicants will undergo a reference check and screening – and all volunteers must be at least 16 years of age and have a valid Florida driver's license.
