14th Annual Historic Legends North Turn Car Parade

The 14th Annual North Turn Legends Parade is a co-operative effort between Volusia County and the Town of Ponce Inlet to commemorate the area's rich beach racing history. Drivers, their race cars and fans will return to the racing course that was used through 1958 as a place for speed trials and racing. 

Staging will begin that morning on the beach in front of Racing's North Turn Beach Bar & Grille for spectator viewing. Spectators can visit drivers and the cars before the parade begins. The parade will take place at approximately noon with the singing of the National Anthem along with a fly-over from the Spruce Creek Gaggles. Following the opening ceremonies, the historic cars will proceed on the parade route that replicates the old driving course.
