Daytona Tortugas

Daytona Beach and Jackie Robinson Ballpark are home to the Daytona Tortugas, a proud affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. In addition to an HD videoboard, the Daytona Tortugas team also upgraded their natural grass playing surface to a AstroTurf Diamond Series synthetic turf system, a well-known system throughout the sport of baseball for delivering the ultimate in playability, durability, ballpark aesthetics. The Daytona Tortugas are popular a Low-A minor league team with a strong local following. Jackie Robinson Ballpark is located on the riverfront City Island in historic downtown Daytona Beach. It also plays host to Bethune-Cookman University and many other sports and community events throughout the year.
