Once you have booked your event, we will work closely with you to develop services that are personal to your group. With an array of options to suit every need, our ultimate goal is to help you achieve success.
To assure your attendees a dynamic experience, we will ramp up the "Wow!" factor and help you create a "Bucket List" of personalized experiences to choose from. The CVB is happy to work as a liaison between meeting planners and area businesses, too. We provide assistance in coordinating professional resources, from audio/visual needs to on-site decorations, attendance-boosting pre-mailers, and even volunteer greeters.
