The Red Pig Brewery is Holly Hill's first craft brewery. Located in The Market, a historic coquina plaza on Riverside Drive, and shares space with Chucherias Hondurenas and has another Daytona Beach Ale Trail stop as a neighbor, Copper Bottom Craft Distillery. Red Pig crafts Sunshine State-inspired pale ales, Pilsners and porters. Opening as a small-scale three-barrel brew house, brewmasters incorporate locally-grown prickly pears, dragon fruit, and hops, and Florida cane syrup into the craft beers. Red Pig is a family-inspired name that honors the brewmaster’s grandfather who operated a barbecue restaurant with the same moniker before being called into service in World War II.
