Guest Pass

The Daytona Beach Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is thrilled to present the new Guest Pass Program! This program will promote special offers to incoming meetings, conventions, group tours, and event attendees. Local businesses can participate in the Guest Pass Program for FREE! Just provide a special offer or discount price and we’ll let these groups know – driving sales to your business. For attendees to access your offer, they will present their convention badge, and the Guest Pass printed card or show the Guest Pass ticket on their phone prior to checkout. 

SIGNING UP IS FREE 

1. Create a unique and compelling deal, discount or added-value offer that will attract attendees. Ex: 20% off a purchase or Free dessert with entrée purchase.
2. Complete the form then submit it and a photo to: CRand@DaytonaBeach.com
3. Educate your staff on the new program.

HOW IT’S PROMOTED 

The Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau will spread the word about the program and all participating businesses to our meeting planners, event organizers, and attendees through the following ways: 

1. Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau website
2. Email and print correspondence with meeting and event organizers
3. Coupons in attendees’ packets, when available
4. Signage at hotel(s) and/or facility
5. Included in the CVB's Social Media Toolkit
