No matter where you're staying in Daytona Beach, there is a dog park near you: Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park, Ormond Beach; Riviera Oaks Dog Park, Holly Hill; Halifax Humane Society Dog Park, Manatee Island Dog Park, Daytona Beach and Barkley Dog Park, DeLand. Pets on leashes are permitted on the inlet side of the shore at Lighthouse Point Park and Smyrna Dunes Park. Beginning November 1, 2023, from sunrise to sunset, beachgoers with their dogs will be permitted on a stretch of public beach from the northern boundary of the right-of-way of Rockefeller Drive to the southern boundary of Milsap Road in Ormond Beach.
