About
The Ormond Museum has expanded the now-10,000-square-foot museum by adding 4,000 square feet of classroom and gallery space as well as a new rooftop terrace atop the building's second floor. Marvel at the changing gallery exhibits featuring the works of prominent Florida and international artists. Then stroll the lush tropical gardens, with peaceful nature trails, fishponds and fountains. The museum was created in 1946 as a living monument to creative freedom and equality of all persons, and to commemorate the service of World War II veterans. The spirit of gratitude continues today honoring veterans of multiple wars within the museum and the gardens. The Gardens are open daily, from sunrise to sunset, with free parking in the lot at the south end of the property.
