About
The 83rd running of the Daytona 200, promoted by MotoAmerica, will take place on Saturday, March 8 at the "World Center of Racing." North America's most historic motorcycle race features the incredible machines and riders on both the high banks of Daytona International Speedway as well as the infield road course.
The event weekend, March 6-8, will also showcase the Mission King Of The Baggers, the Mission Super Hooligan National Championship, and Twins Cup in addition to the Daytona 200 where Josh Herrin will attempt to win his fourth Daytona 200 after winning his third in 2024, which tied him with legends Dick Klamfoth, Brad Andres, Roger Reiman, Kenny Roberts and Mat Mladin.
The history of the Daytona 200 is unmatched in American road racing. It all began in 1937 with the 200 being held on a 3.2-mile beach course on the sand of Daytona Beach. In 1961, the raced moved to the high banks of the newly constructed Daytona International Speedway.
The event has been won by many of the greats, including 15-time World Champion Giacomo Agostini, three-time World Champion Kenny Roberts, MotoAmerica President Wayne Rainey, the late 2006 MotoGP World Champion Nicky Hayden, and “Mr. Daytona” Scott Russell, the only rider to win five Daytona 200s.
All ticket and parking options can be found at www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com or by calling 1-800-PITSHOP. In addition, fans and visitors can enjoy the Bike Week Motorcycle Marketplace at Daytona International Speedway. The area’s largest motorcycle marketplace will feature the nation’s top motorcycle parts, apparel vendors and much more.
