The Ormond Beach Celtic Festival returns to Rockefeller Gardens to celebrate the heritage of the six Celtic Nations and their contributions to history, culture, warfare, music and family. The festival includes a Clan Village, music stages, a vendor fair, sponsor exhibits, Highland Games competitions, and a children’s area with free craft projects, face painting and costumed storytellers. This 10-year old festival occupies two downtown parks along the Halifax River and attracts more than 8,000 locals and visitors each year.
Daily admissions are $10 each day for adults and children 12 and under are admitted free. So come on down to the Rockefeller Gardens and check out the Celtic Clan exhibits, the craft and jewelry booths, the bagpipe parades, and the kid’s fun village. Don’t miss the daily entertainment,including the dance demos, a spectacular Guinness Beer Garden, and a Rugby Scrimmage on Sunday. Break out your kilt and dust off the bagpipes – because the 10th Annual Ormond Beach Celtic Festival is back!
Festival headliners include Máiréad Nesbitt, the Grammy and Emmy nominated artist and composer, founding member of the global phenomenon Celtic Woman, with special guest vocalist Michelle Amato and Off Kilter.
