About
Country music superstar and Ormond Beach native Brian Kelley will be performing at the Daytona Beach Oceanfront Bandshell.
Kelley, aka “Beach Cowboy,” is planting his flag in the sonic sand with debut Extended Play, Brian Kelley’s Wave Pack (Warner Music Nashville / Nashville South Records, Inc.), out April 13. Basking in beats and salt air-flavor, the Florida boy’s hotly anticipated project coasts on all-good energy and boots-in-the-sand spirit, serving up four songs drenched in sun, swagger and beachside soul. Anchored in easy-rolling vibes, Kelley co-penned the full project and co-produced alongside Corey Crowder.
As one half of Grammy-nominated, global superstar duo Florida Georgia Line, tallying 18 career #1 singles, more than 13.2 billion global streams, selling more than 40 million tracks and 4.7 million albums worldwide and logging 1.7 billion video views, they have performed for more than four million fans spanning massive arena and stadium headline tours. They’re the only country act to achieve two RIAA Diamond-certified singles – 11-time platinum, #1 breakout, “Cruise” (the best-selling digital country single of all time – SoundScan) and 10-platinum, #1 “Meant to Be” with Bebe Rexha (holding the longest reign on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart at 50 straight weeks).
Honored by Academy of Country Music Awards, American Music Awards, Billboard, Country Music Association and CMT Music Awards, the acclaimed multi-hitmaker has co-penned 10 #1s in the U.S. and three #1s in Canada (comprised of outside cuts and Florida Georgia Line chart-toppers) alongside Florida Georgia Line bandmate, Tyler Hubbard, plus inked over 100 career tracks recorded in total (including Florida Georgia Line hits). In addition, Kelley and Hubbard are co-producers on a remix with Justin Bieber and projects with Chris Tomlin and TVM songwriters Canaan Smith and Blake Redferrin. Both a music and business mogul, Kelley has diversified his enterprise into wildly successful partnerships with Hubbard, as well as solo projects including a musical and feature film, “May We All,” with his production company CuzBro Productions, cult-favorite brand Tribe Kelley with wife, Brittney, and a partnership with Oyster City Brewing Company.
