ALW: Star Spangled Slammer 9

Champions will be crowned, scores will be settled, and history will be made as wrestling returns to the Ocean Center with ALW: Star Spangled Slammer 9.

At the top of the card is a grudge match that began as a backstage feud and has since escalated into a clash of reputations. Matt Cardona, a three-time WWE champion infamous for his “Most Annoying Catchphrase” award-winning line, “Woo Woo Woo, You Know It!” will square off against longtime rival Nic Nemeth. A 12-time WWE champion known for his intensity, Nemeth is set to reignite his storied rivalry with Cardona in what is set to be a high-impact showdown between two WWE alumni.

The action continues with a high-stakes title match between current champion Amber Nova and challenger Teal Piper, daughter of wrestling legend “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. This bout will determine the undisputed Monster Wrestling Orlando champion in a match fueled by legacy, pride and raw ambition.

Also in the lineup is a first-ever matchup between Shelton Benjamin and Kenta, bringing two world-traveled veterans face-to-face in a must-see contest. Rising stars will take the spotlight as former WWE standout Elayna Black returns to the ring to face Izzy Moreno—an ALW rookie and internet wrestling personality making waves in her professional debut.

The night will culminate in a brutal Dog Collar Match between Tony DeVito and Madman Fulton, a no-count-out, no-disqualification brawl that has already generated social media buzz. This long-simmering rivalry is expected to explode in one of the most exciting matches of the night.
