For the past four years Pat and Pam, from Helping Hands Thru Arts, have been honored to present the Holly Hill Arts Festival. This year, we have decided to change things up. Instead of a spring festival for 2023, we have decided to host the HOLIDAY ARTS ON THE HALIFAX RIVER Festival the first weekend of December. This festival will be held at Sunrise Park with 90 juried fine artists and juried creative crafters with $3,000 cash awards in Fine Arts. Sunrise Park is a beautiful, open, flat, and spacious waterfront park allowing for drive up access allowing plenty of room for artists and shoppers.
The mission is to increase community awareness of the arts while providing quality fund-raising to improve the lives of children. Art festivals like this provide the opportunity to support the fundraising efforts of schools and nonprofits.
