Riverfest kicks off on Friday at 6 p.m. with the Land n’ Sea Feast. Count on fresh and delicious seafood, as well as alternative dishes for landlubbers. Dinner will be catered by Aunt Catfish’s on the River, a long-standing favorite restaurant among locals. Known for traditional Southern seafood fixin’s and legendary sticky buns, Aunt Catfish’s promises to make the feast both fun and filling. Of course, dinner wouldn’t be complete without a little something sweet at its conclusion! Be sure to stick around for the ice cream social, and then dance off your full belly to the music of Steel Daddy. The two-hour event costs $25 per person, and you can easily register on the event’s website
