Biketoberfest® Vendor Information
OCTOBER 17-20, 2024
THE DEADLINE TO RETURN THE COMPLETED BIKETOBERFEST® MASTER PLAN APPLICATION IS 5:00 pm, APRIL 26, 2024.
PAPER SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The City will have the following dates and times available for anyone needing assistance with their application submittal:
- Monday, April 15, 2024, City Hall, Conference Room 149B, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Thursday, April 18, 2024, Charles W. Cherry, Sr. Cultural & Educational Center, 925 George W. Engram Boulevard, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
For additional assistance with the application process, a tutorial has been placed on the City’s website. To access the tutorial, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to CODB.us
Step 2: Hover over the “How Do I tab and select “Apply For”
Step 3: When the page populates, select Bike Week/Biketoberfest.
Licensed local businesses within the defined redevelopment areas may apply for inclusion to be in the Master Plan.
