Children's Summer Art Camp: Time Travelers - Session 6: 1969

9 a.m. - 2 p.m., Tuesday - Friday, Atlantic Center for the
Arts' Community Arts Center at Harris House, 214 Riverside
Drive New Smyrna Beach. 'POP!' with Danielle Boone. Get
groovy, get creative, get painting. Artists of the '60s made
paintings that popped, and so can you! 'Activist Artists'
with Erin Mindigo-Lee. Take a stand on the issues that matter to
you and make a difference through your art. This class is full of
tie-dying, silk screening, and peace making! 'Yoga' with
Kiki Dabney. Be tree branches stretched wide; be a camel on a bumpy
ride; be like a bird that flies outside. Learn about the wonderful
world of yoga through the use of creative animated stretches,
songs, and games. Each weekly session features a different
destination for the artistic time tourist. Participants will
explore ideas of art and culture from Prehistoric times to the
distant future, with exciting stops in between. Designed for
children 6-12 years old. Meet new friends and take home artwork
every week. There's downtown for snacks, stretching, games, and
