What's New This Summer?
Daytona 500 Experience, 'The Official Attraction of NASCAR' has yet another way for race fans to get immersed in the sport - literally. The attraction, located at world-famous Daytona International Speedway, has added a new ARCA Driver Development Program simulator, which consists of four racing cockpits with 42 Inch LCD screens and professional simulation controls. It's powered by the newly released ARCA SIM RACING 08 software and includes a Virtual Spotter's Stand, where visitors can experience the full immersion of spotter-to-driver communications, a critical and vital part of stock car racing. Classical World Exhibition
Stop by the Smithsonian-affiliated Museum of Arts & Sciences in Daytona Beach and be enthralled by the Classical World. On loan from the Tampa Museum of Art through August 2009, this exhibition allows visitors the chance to experience the spirit of ancient Greece.
